Responsible gambling
Betting is optional. Your wellbeing comes before any tip or result.

Keep firm boundaries
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose after essential living costs. Set money and time limits before you start.
- Never borrow to bet, chase losses or increase stakes because of a winning run.
- Take regular breaks. Avoid betting when distressed, intoxicated or trying to solve a financial problem.
- Use deposit limits, time-outs, payment blocks or self-exclusion tools available through your bank and gambling operator.
The euro amount in our calculator is an example you control, not a recommended stake. You do not need to place any bet to read this website.
When to step away
Spending more than intended, hiding gambling, borrowing, repeatedly trying to win money back, or gambling affecting your sleep, relationships or work are reasons to pause and seek support. Help is available even if you are unsure whether gambling has become a problem, and for family or friends affected by it.
If you have self-excluded, avoid tip feeds and betting-related notifications too. Do not use another account or operator to get around an exclusion.
Independent support
These are independent organisations; listing them does not imply a partnership or endorsement of NoseAhead. Outside their coverage areas, contact a local support service or healthcare professional. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Our role
NoseAhead publishes information and paper results. We do not accept bets, control your bookmaker account or provide gambling treatment. Contact info@noseahead.com about our content or accessibility; the services above are better placed to provide specialist gambling support.
